Skincare Products – Return Policy
Due to hygiene, safety, and contamination concerns, all skincare and personal care products are considered final sale once opened or used.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original sealed packaging
- In resalable condition
Returns based on personal preference, skin reactions, allergies, scent, texture, color, or suitability for individual skin types are not accepted.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use of any skincare product.
60-Day Return Window (Unopened Items Only)
Customers may request a return within 60 days of delivery for unopened and unused products that remain in original sealed packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or fulfillment error.
All returns must be shipped to our designated Canadian warehouse.

Gift-With-Purchase Return
If your order included a complimentary gift or promotional item, the gift must be returned together with the main product in order to qualify for a refund.
To be eligible:
- The gift must be unopened
- Unused
- In its original sealed packaging
- In resalable condition
If the complimentary gift is not returned, is opened, used, or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the full retail value of the gift from the refund amount or deny the return.
Discounted Orders & Store Credit
Orders placed with a discount of more than 20% (including promotional codes, flash sales, bundle discounts, or special offers) are not eligible for cash or original payment method refunds.
Approved returns for such orders will be issued in the form of store credit only.
Store credit:
- Has no cash value
- Cannot be transferred
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Must be used on our official online store
Store credit will be issued as an online gift card or account balance, which can be applied toward future purchases.
Store credit has no expiration date and may be used across multiple transactions until fully redeemed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A defective product
- A damaged item upon arrival
- A leaking or contaminated product
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
If the issue is verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer either:
