Customers who spend $239 or more on qualifying skincare products, after applicable discounts and before taxes and shipping, will receive:

• One (1) complimentary deluxe gift of their choice.

• One (1) complimentary full-size Cebelia Anti-Hair Loss Lotion (Scalp).

The gifts are subject to the following conditions:

• Limit one (1) deluxe gift and one (1) full-size Cebelia gift per qualifying order.

• Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

• Gift selection is subject to inventory availability.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Canceled, refunded, or returned orders may no longer qualify for promotional benefits.

If qualifying merchandise is returned and the remaining purchase amount falls to a certain amount or below, Signature Beauty Lounge may require the complimentary gift to be returned or adjust the refund to account for the promotional gift, where permitted by law and applicable return terms.

Complimentary gifts are not eligible for individual cash refunds, exchanges, or store credit unless required by law.

All sale items discounted by more than 20% are final sale, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

All purchases remain subject to Signature Beauty Lounge's applicable return, refund, exchange, and cancellation policies.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders over $250 include Signature Confirmation.

Orders under $250 may add Signature Confirmation for $2, where available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address.

Customers should ensure that packages can be safely received at the delivery location provided.

Signature Beauty Lounge is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier to the extent permitted by applicable law. Delivery disputes may be reviewed using carrier tracking information and other relevant evidence.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside the control of Signature Beauty Lounge do not guarantee continued promotional gift availability.

In-Store Pickup

Customers selecting in-store pickup will receive a Ready for Pickup notification when their order is available for collection.

Orders must be collected within 7 business days of receiving the Ready for Pickup notification, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Orders not collected within this period may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Customers requiring additional time should contact us by email before the pickup deadline to request an extension.

Extensions are subject to approval.

Limitations & Exclusions

• Limit one (1) promotional gift per qualifying order.

Signature Beauty Lounge also reserves the right to correct errors or omissions relating to promotional pricing, gift eligibility, qualifying purchase thresholds, inventory, product availability, promotional communications, or order processing.

Orders suspected of resale activity, promotional abuse, manipulation, fraud, or misuse may be excluded from promotional eligibility or canceled where permitted by law.
